The Ideal Trusted Partner

TILT® is recognized as one of the most cost-effective fungicide options and helps crops achieve maximum yield potential, while improving crop quality. The quick plant uptake of the active ingredient in TILT®, Propiconazole, ensures its good distribution in the plant tissue and protects it from being washed off.

It is a broad spectrum foliar fungicide with systemic properties for the control of powdery mildew, rusts and leaf spot in cereals, bananas, grass, turf, coffee, rice and sugar beet as well as other crops such as peanuts, almonds, sugar cane, oil-seed rape, maize, rubber and stone fruits.

Active Ingredient: Propiconazole

Formulation: Emulsifiable Concentrate

Mode of Action:

Propiconazole is absorbed by the assimiliating parts of the plant, the majority within one hour. It is transported upwards in the xylem. This systemic translocation contributes to good distribution of the active ingredient within the plant tissue and prevents it from being washed off.

Propiconazole acts on the fungal pathogen inside the plant at the stage of first haustoria formation. It stops the development of fungi by interfering with the biosynthesis of sterols in cell membranes. Although the biological mode of action of Propiconazole permits protective, curative or eradicative use, best results are achieved when the product is applied when the disease is active but still in the early stage of development.
